I am currently retired from NJ Division senior services as a program Developmental Specialist/Aging, I ran the senior health and fitness program for 18 yrs. I also was involved in senior health screenings prior to my most current position. I coordinated with hospitals and doctors to provide medical screening for seniors. My past experience includes working in an adult day care center in Paramus, NJ as an activities Assistant. Prior to that in Chilton hospital as a physical therapy aide, medical office assistant and many other positions in the helping field. I feel passionate about serving the elderly as I can learn so much from them and giving back some joy and caring for them is personally rewarding for me. I had experience for 6 months last year taking care of a man 3 evenings a week with ALS, I also worked for a woman for 2 years. I gained good experience - bathing, dressing, walking assistance, ADL's, Exercise, Massage therapy. I am certified in CPR, First Aid classes.
