I'm a musician who loves caring for kids! My philosophy is to bring joy and creative exploration to the time I spend with your children. It's important to me to develop a healthy & trusting relationship with the kids I care for as well as their parents. I'm happy to provide references. I've been caring for children since I was 15, and have varied experience engaging with children. In addition to standard babysitting, after school care, & extended nannying hours, I've also been a private violin/fiddle instructor and have taught groups of kids at fiddle camps for many years. My most recent job was babysitting two kids aged 6 and 8, for after school pickup, taking them to after school activities, and starting dinner one day a week, as well as a weekly date-night. During the summer, I worked 20 hours/week with these kids, playing outside, bringing them to the library, museums and other summer outings, creating a DIY summer camp experience.
