We love Elba! As a first time mother of a baby boy, I struggled with anxiety when I had to returned back to work. However, Elba helped to ease my anxiety with her gentle approach, loving manner, and caring attention. Elba started taking care of our son when he was 8 months old and has worked with our family for over 7 months. She has bonded so effortlessly with our son that he knows her as “nana”. Elba is on top of everything related to our son’s care. I can honestly focus on my work knowing that my son is in trusted hands. Elba is also great at communicating with us when questions arise during his care. Unfortunately, our family is moving to another city and we had to make the difficult decision of parting ways. As heartbreaking as it was, I am forever grateful of having the opportunity of meeting such a wonderful caretaker/nana. We will miss her very much and are confident that she will continue to provide superb services to the next family. Please take good care of our Elba!
