I'm inspired by the stories and wisdom that seniors share, and I find great joy in creating a positive, compassionate environment where they feel valued and heard. Every day, I have the privilege of building meaningful connections and offering support in ways that improve their quality of life, whether it's through physical care, emotional support, or just being there to listen. When my great-grandmother got sick, I saw firsthand how important it is to have someone who not only provides physical care but also offers emotional support during challenging times.
