About Elana

Hi, my name is Elana and I am 30y old. I live with my partner in Lafayette, CO. With many years of experience working with families, in preschools, and as a camp counselor, I have an empathetic and understanding approach to teaching and helping infants and young children learn and grow. I truly enjoy teaching children essential life skills, whether it's exploring nature or creating healthy and delicious recipes in the kitchen. As a certified nutritionist, I am able to teach kids how to have a healthy relationship with food and how fun recipes can also be delicious and enjoyable to make. I hold a college degree in Writing and Rhetoric and previously worked as an ESL teacher for kids overseas. Whether we are cooking in the kitchen (as young as 3 months old!) , practicing tummy time or learning how to walk, I prioritize laughter and learning over everything else.
