I have known Elaine for more than 15 years. For at least 3 of those years she worked as a caregiver in our home. Her daily duties included providing intellectual stimulation to basic babysitting care. Elaine worked well with us as well as with the children. She made sure that the children's needs were met each day. Elaine went above and beyond her job requirements to accommodate the needs of my family. We were disappointed when she made the decision to move to Buffalo.
