I started working in housekeeping for a cleaning company during the year 2000. Before then I did some in home health care aide work that included cleaning. The housekeeping work from 2000 to the year 2023 mostly included hospital work, cleaning patient rooms, surgery, laundry, inventory, and all offices and public areas. The cleaning company also had a construction company and I worked cleaning up after construction sites and personal houses and businesses were also on the list. Detailing getting in corners, baseboards, vents, polishing and looking for any safety problems. I also cleaned around the base of toilets behind them and anywhere else I could find bacteria. Cleaning is a very rewarding job.
