About Elaina

Hi-my name is Elaina and I'm currently a graduate student at Ball State University. I've been working with kids since I was 15, and enjoy it! I started by seeing my sisters work at a nursery at our church and fell in love with playing with the kids so much that I got a job there as soon as I turned of age. Over the 6 years of working there, I've worked with newborns up to teens since I just went wherever I was needed. Unfortunately, due to lack of money, the staff was let go, but ever since then I still take care of kids. While obtaining my undergraduate degree, I volunteered at the children's shelter. I am currently a registered behavior therapist and work with kids with autism. With these skills, I am patient, positive, and understanding of anything thrown my way. My passion is watching kids and providing them a safe place as well as letting them know I am here for them if they ever need anything. If you are interested in hiring me please contact me
