Hi! My name is Eirik and I want to provide caregiving services to an awesome individual or two in Eugene! I am a kind, grounded, and energized individual. I'm also reliable, trustworthy, and a great communicator. I value others and I am passionate about enriching their lives by being a supportive companion by their side. Some examples of services I provide are: healthy meal preparations, companionship, outdoor & indoor activities, transportation, housekeeping, and personal care. I can also facilitate helpful and fun activities like walks or hikes, gentle movement practices, stretching, breathwork, & city exploration!
