Much of my time was spent as a hospice field nurse, collaborating with physicians and social workers regarding diagnoses varying from Alzheimer's, Cancer, COPD, Kidney and Heart Disease. Around the clock, we worked together as a team to meet the needs of our patient and family members. Today, I continue to serve in the home setting, meeting comfort needs. Eileen did and DOES currently work for us. I can't even put in to words my appreciation for her. Her experience, compassion, gentleness and comforting presence leave me speechless. My mother has dementia and cannot be left alone. She is often in distress both physically and mentally. Eileen brings a calming presence and takes incredible care of my mother both physically and emotionally. Anyone would be blessed to have Eileen on their caregiving team.
