Eileen has been a truly remarkable caregiver for our daughter. Eileen began caring for our daughter when she was just 14 months old, and from the very beginning, she became so much more than a babysitter—she became family. Her presence in our lives has been a gift. She has nurtured our daughter with incredible patience, creativity, and love, helping her grow into the curious, kind, and confident girl she is today. Eileen is very warm and very patient. Ny daughter is motivated by what she wants to do and changes interest quickly, however, one of Eileen’s greatest strengths is her dedication to keeping each day full of discovery and joy. She comes prepared with a treasure trove of crafts, games, books, and hands-on activities that kept our daughter learning, imagining, and creating. Whether it’s painting, building, storytelling, or outdoor fun, Eileen brings intention and care to everything she does. She fosters a love of learning while making sure our daughter is always having fun. Eileen’s impact on our daughter’s early years is immeasurable, and her role in our lives has been invaluable. We trust her completely and feel incredibly lucky to have had her be-and continue to be-such a meaningful part of all of our lives. I cannot recommend Eileen highly enough. Any family would be extremely fortunate to have her.
