About Eena

I'm Ms. Eena, an experienced educator, caregiver, and mentor with over 15 years of experience working with children of all ages. I hold a graduate degree in educational leadership, experience with the Montessori method, I'm certified in First Aid, CPR, and swimming instruction. I have extensive experience with infants, children with special needs, and managing multiple children. I create a nurturing and fun environment where children feel safe to grow and thrive. I value creativity, imagination, and positive reinforcement and support household routines, potty training, and academic needs while respecting parental preferences. As a Black, LGBTQIA+ professional with an equity-focused mindset, I seek families who share these values. I love dancing, hiking, embroidery, and traveling, and I bring passion and intentionality to my work. Trust and mutual respect are central to my care, and I look forward to partnering with a family who values a relational and personalized approach.
