I have always had a special place in my heart for the elderly. My grandma and I are best friends! :) My mom is a hospice nurse, and when I was growing up I got to watch her care for people first hand, which I believe gave me a love for caring for the elderly as well. I worked with Senior Helpers for a few months, and it was a great experience! I took people to Dr's appointments, hospital appointments, cleaned their houses, prepared meals for them, and provided companionship whenever possible.
