About Eden

I started caring for children at age 16. I babysat for 3 girls- ages 2, 5 and 10. My duties included diaper changes, cooking meals, tidying the house, and of course organizing activities. I briefly volunteered at a daycare following my high school graduation, where I was responsible for supervising and monitoring the safety of children, as well as organize meal times and physical activities. I have since been a nanny for 3 different families over the last 7 years, caring for infants, toddlers and pre-teens. My responsibilities ranged from preparing meals, occasionally tending to house duties, such as cleaning and laundry, preparing arts and crafts, as well as physical activities for the children. In addition I was responsible for picking the kids up at school and transporting them to after school activities if necessary. I am also an aunt! My nephew is 4 years old and a paraplegic, so I have extensive knowledge working with disabled children.
