Eddoily has been great and an absolute pleasure to work with. She started helping part time 5months ago when my baby was 3mo and was a godsend. She has a knack for figuring out what my baby wanted, she figured out how to get him to nap for longer and more independently. Very observant and resourceful. Also got him on a schedule/routine and helps get him back on track whenever he got off schedule. 1000% recommendation!
