Hi! My names Dylan I am currently 23 years old and have 10+ years of experience watching and caring for children of all different ages and needs! I'm really passionate about getting outside no matter the weather I will always come prepared! I enjoy introducing younger children into sign language as I was mostly sign reliant as a younger child! But everyone's needs are different so definitely not something I'm pushing onto a family or child! I really would love to see if I could find a family that I can help out!
