Aside from child care, I also love pets. I have had two dog throughout my life and looked after several pets from friends and families. As a young girl I had a beagle, named Tanner. We gave him away when I was about 6, because he was a crafty escape artist. But I loved him so much, he was my first love. However, my heart, was my second dog, Oreo. Out family had him his entire life from about 6weeks to his passing at 15years old. He was a Maltese-Shitzu mix. Our family loved him dearly, however he was not the most friendly dog, he could be rather ornery at times but was very loving to those he knew. So I'm not a shy person when it comes to animals, big dogs included. I hope to have my own big guy one day. Cats and dogs and other small animals like hamsters and rabbits are also pets I have watched and helped to take care of in the past.
