As a dedicated childcare provider with three years of experience, I'm passionate about nurturing children's development in a safe and enriching environment. My journey into childcare began with fulfilling babysitting roles, where I discovered my innate ability to connect with children and make a positive impact on their lives. My patient and calm demeanor, coupled with my friendly and approachable nature, allows me to build strong relationships with both children and families. I believe in open communication and regularly update parents about their child's day, either verbally at pickup or through text or phone calls, depending on their preference. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I'm very comfortable maintaining a consistent and respectful approach, ensuring a structured environment for the children in my care. I am also a retired Military Police Officer with experience of First Aid Care/CPR.
