About Dylania

As a childcare provider with 16 years of experience, I'm dedicated to nurturing the growth and development of children in a safe and loving environment. My passion for working with children comes from raising my 3 grown successful daughters. Also, my many years in elementary education specializing in SPED. I enjoy fostering their creativity, curiosity, and social skills through various activities, including board games, puzzles, crafts, and outdoor water play. If any issues arise, I maintain open and regular communication with parents through their preferred method, whether it's text, phone calls, or photos throughout the day. I believe in following the parents' lead when it comes to household rules and ensure that children are cared for in a consistent manner. My background includes some college coursework in early child development, as well as First Aid and CPR training. I'm more than happy to help with cooking, meal preparation, laundry and housekeeping.
