Dylan has cared for our two boys, ages 6.5 and 9, for the past 4 years. He has always been very reliable and the boys enjoy his company. Some of Dylan's responsibilities have been; prepare light meals, transport to and from events, tidy the home, engage the boys in indoor and outdoor activities, and adhere to the kids' bedtime routine. Dylan has been the sole provider of care for our boys; for a couple of hours to as long as an entire day. Additionally, I have supervised Dylan in a work setting. He has taught a unit in my second grade classroom on Spain (as part of his senior project), and worked as part of the After School Program. He has worked successfully with children of all ages in structured and less structured environments.
