About Dvonshay

As a nurturing and experienced childcare provider, my passion lies in fostering the growth and development of children. With nine years of experience, I've had the privilege of working with children of all ages, from infants to preteens. My journey began in high school, where I discovered my passion for working with children. After high school, I became a behavioral therapist, which further solidified my calling to work with kids, especially those on the autism spectrum. My patient and calm demeanor, combined with my creative and imaginative nature, allows me to connect with children on a deeper level. I prioritize open communication with parents, providing written daily reports and regular updates via text or phone call, always respecting their preferred communication method. I believe in a collaborative approach, following the parents' lead when it comes to enforcing household rules.
