I'd describe my personality as caring, outgoing, and generous. I like working with kids because I like to make a positive impact on their development and growth. I love getting the experience and opportunity to see how each child is so unique and special. I'm looking for a job that is flexible with my school schedule and provides a welcoming environment. I started working with kids when I was 16. Babysitting was a great way to make money as a teenager and slowly families started connecting me with each other and would reach out whenever they needed help. In my spare time, I like to run!! and recently have been trying to pick up a new hobby of learning how to sew! One thing you should know about me is that I maintain an open mind and non judgmental approach, especially when working with families. I understand that every family faces challenges, and I am adaptable and ready to offer support when unexpected issues arise. My skills include patience, creativity, and communication.
