About Drew

I'm an animal lover with lots of experience with animals. I grew up with dogs, owned a cat, and now I own a well-behaved dog. I also volunteer at a no-kill animal rescue (two years now) where I'm an Animal Care Specialist, go to events, train volunteers, facilitate adoptions, etc. I have also taken college certifications on dogs, cats, and bunnies. One was about Dog Emotion and Cognition, a couple were about the history, behavior and welfare of dogs and cats, and another was about how to handle dogs, cats and bunnies in a facility setting. I am good at handling animals partly because of my education, but also because I have applied my education with real animals, and then I top that off with a genuine love and passion for animals. I also take pride in being flexible and available.
