Dot cared for my son for 18 months, from 5 months old until he was almost 2, and was a truly exceptional nanny. She was punctual, reliable and helpful around the house with light cleaning, laundry and cooking for my son. She always made sure the entire family’s needs were met. She was incredibly loving, caring and attentive and clearly took great joy from her job. My son loved her, as did the rest of the family. She was not just an employee— she became a member of our family. We would have continued working with her indefinitely if we had not moved out of state. I cannot recommend her highly enough, and any family would be lucky to work with her.
