Ms. Dorothy is phenomenal! This was our first time hiring someone to work in our home in this capacity, and from the very first message, I knew she would be special. She was highly professional and passionate about what we needed as a family. She has gone above and beyond anything we could've asked for. We are two hardworking parents, and in just three weeks, she has been able to pick up on where we needed the most help and add more to our family than I ever wished for. Our kids adore her, and she has helped the baby meet and exceed milestones in such a short amount of time. She is highly communicative and keeps me informed with pictures and updates throughout the day. And her end-of-day reports leave nothing to question. My son loved her from the first meeting and was so comfortable in her presence. She has truly helped with the transition and overall nervousness of returning to work. If you have the opportunity to work with Ms. Dorothy, don't hesitate to take it! She is truly a God send, and if I could keep her all to myself, I would do just that! I have been a registered nurse for almost 20 years and have cared for children and adults in their homes and facilities; Ms. Dorothy unequivocally gets my approval. When I told my 8-year-old that our time with Ms. Dorothy was ending, she cried because she had impacted us all in such a short time. You won't be disappointed if she is available and you're interested in working with her; hire her. Before I find a way to keep her on FT with us 😊
