Therapeutic Activities Companion with more than a decade in service to people who face the challenges of aging, mental health issues, or developmental delays. The work I do may include: companionship, cognitive stimulation (e. g., games, art, music), physical activity (including OT, PT exercise follow-up), tech help, and mental health/wellness plans. I have worked with individuals who have dealt with: Parkinson's Disease (including Parkinson's dementia), chronic pain, limited mobility, stroke, hospice, autism (PDA, Asperger's), Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorder, and depression. I am dependable, resourceful, and conscientious. My compassion, joyful spirit, and laughter build caring relationships with those who allow me to be in their lives.
