About Donna

I was a nurse for nearly 40 years with a variety of jobs including hospital nursing and rehabilitation. My father was in his 40's and I was used to helping him. I'd describe my personality as extroverted, positive, and compassionate. I like caring for seniors because I'm a senior myself and I've always had a special place in my heart for seniors and children who need extra love. I'm looking for a job that allows me to help people in my community, especially seniors. I want to stay active by working part time and meeting people. I started caring for seniors when I started my nursing career. In my spare time, I like to read, watch British TV, spend time with my family, go to church, participate in activities at the senior center. One thing you should know about me is I will be kind to their loved one(s) and will help them in whatever way I am able. My skills include patience, listening, and an ability to work with people with speech and physical disabilities.
