Hello My name is Donna and I have been providing care for over 20 years now. Prior to the year 2000 I ran a daycare from my home on the East Coast. In 2005 I obtained my CNA license and began to work with seniors. I am fully trained to work with children and seniors and have experience in both. My senior care experience expands many areas from home care to facilty care and in between. Please note that I do travel with my small dog. She is expertly trained and housebroken and does not accessively bark. She is used to being around wheelchairs and walkers so she knows and his trained not to get underfoot. Donna was an amazing help with my grandmother. Please know y’all, this was not the easiest job either. My grandma was not a nice old lady. She was more of the ‘she’s evil incarnate that stares into your soul, sees your weakness and brakes you with it’ type of person. Not many people were able to handle her. She sent many ladies out the door in tears within the first hour. We were at our wits end when we finally found Donna through a mutual friend. Personally, I didn’t expect her to last 10 min, but she did. Surprisingly she not only made it through the day, but she also came back…with a smile still on her face. Before we knew it, grandma was even being nice to her. So seriously y’all, just hire her. Cause if she could handle that old woman, she can handle anything!
