During my time with families; I was entrusted to provide overnight childcare, positive reinforcement in regards to manners, room for independence, space for creativity & play. Encouraging growth daily; I guided reaching milestones from teaching age appropriate activities to potty training. My goal to not meet, but exceed parent's expectations was proven by their feedback & communication. I have also had elementary school internships as a structured recess lead, teachers aid for pre-k & as a Sunday school assistant. Donna was a wonderful caregiver for our two children. She is very skilled at doing developmentally appropriate activities, managing meal times, redirecting when needed, encouraging children to learn new skills, and doing all of this with a calm demeanor that puts children at ease. She was very dependable, communicative, and took initiative. She was very engaged with the kids and truly seemed to enjoy our kids as much as we do!! We can't say enough about Donna!!
