Donna is a beautiful, gentle, sweet person, however is unreliable and left our family in a pinch when she let us know she would be cancelling all of our agreed schedule because she found a full-time job. We were very clear about the support we needed because of work, and we were really excited about her but sadly she is unreliable and we wouldn't be able to depend on her.
