I have two beautiful adult children and three gorgeous grandchildren. They are the light of my life. I am able to care for newborns, toddlers, adolescents, and young teens-- I have experience with a wide range of children. Donna came in for an interview, nice and punctual, we discussed how this would be great exactly what she was looking for and agreed to the job, a couple days before her hire start she said she found another job that she couldn't pass up, understandable, but she didn't let me know she was still looking at other job offers at the end of the interview after discussing that's what other she said no this was good and could start in a week. when looking/seeking a job for child care is very important information to disclose. Very disappointed.
