I grew up with a brother that was special needs and was always hands on with his care and exercises. My brother suffers from a muscle disorder that has him wheelchair bound, and needs to be fed, clothed, assisted with dressing, bathing and toileting. I have always had a passion for taking care of people, of all ages. I have in the past worked as a medical assistant in family practices, as well as Orthopaedic's again working with all ages and some with special needs. Most recently I have become very passionate & involved with caring for those with ALS. I have cared & assisted with 5 ALS families over a period of 3 years in all levels of care.
