Hello! I have been trusted to care for people's furry children for years. I adore and respect all living things. I even rescue bugs from pools (I don't like seeing anything struggle). I am a volunteer for two dog rescues, where I conduct home visit interviews. My relationship with animals started from as early as I can remember and every single one has made an impression on me, gracing my life with their unconditional love, strength against adversity and face licks. Whether dogs or cats (even turtles), young or old, with or without medical conditions-I have spent time with them all. I am comfortable administering medications. Taking them for rides, runs or walks is fun for me and I'm happy to do some errands for you as well. I will occasionally board a dog. I have a career as part owner of a property-managing company. I have been so fortunate to have Donna come into our lives. When I was sidelined by an injury, I needed to find a dog-walker. Nervous about interviewing potential dog walkers, my daughter advised me that it was my dogs who should pick the person. My little Houdini dog can be a real challenge and skittish with strangers. When Donna came through the door it was love at first sight for the little dog and her pick was in. Now both dogs recognize her car as she makes the corner and they race to the door so excited to see her and have their outing. It is clear that she has a special way with animals, patiently and positively teaching them what is expected. Sometimes misfortunes bring unexpected and good things too, and finding and meeting Donna is that for me.
