I have been in the caring profession for 32 years. I am a divorced mother of 5 children. I have experienced our own struggles over the years with Autism, ADD, anxiety & depression. I know how hard it is to find experienced caring support. References from the age of 13 working with multiple children and special needs. Now my children are grown and I miss them busy playful days and caring for others. My life time of experience would benefit others. I am looking to obtain a long term caregiver position where I can be of help. I can also travel with the family as I have done in my past nanny job. I am reliable, truly care and trustworthy. I am a people person, funny, friendly and open minded. For the past few years I have been caring for the elderly, a teenage boy and an older girl with sight, hearing loss and non verbal autism. Donna is a caring and compassionate woman I hired to care for my special needs nonverbal teenager. I could not have wished for anyone better! She is very kind and loving, and very professional---always wanting information on how to best care for my son and documenting his needs and schedule. When she is with him, I know he is in responsible hands, and I can continue my job successfully. She has lots of experience in the care field, and is a mom herself. Highly recommend!
