It has been a joy to meet the needs of elders and receive the wisdom they have shared in our rapport. I've enjoyed caregiving since 1995 and elder caregiving for over 10 years. I've maintained a close working relationship with clients and their families. Responsibilities have included medication management, Dr. visits and calls, physical therapy directives, errands, social visits with friends and families, companionship, meal preparation, housekeeping, outdoor activity, shopping, assistance with mobility. I'm a grad of Ripon College with an Ethics major and Thesis completed in Education. I formerly taught Montessori pre school and subsequently have worked as a caregiver on the north shore and in the northwest suburbs.

Donna was referred to us by a friend who used care.com. Donna helped care for my Mother for several years. She was a cheerful companion which was just what my Mother needed. She was very dependable and what we appreciated most was that she anticipated Mom’s needs in advance. It was comforting to know that we had a caregiver we could trust in our house. I know that the next family who hires Donna will be fortunate to have her.
