I believe open communication is key, so I provide written daily reports to parents, detailing their child's day and addressing any concerns. I'm also comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a consistent and structured environment. I hold a college degree and have completed coursework in early child development. My CPR training and knowledge of child development best practices ensure the well-being of the children in my care. I'm happy to assist with cooking, meal preparation, and light housekeeping, going above and beyond to support families.
