About Donika

I'm passionate about caring for children and have been doing so for the past four years. My experience includes caring for children of all ages, from infants to preteens. I'm the oldest of seven kids, so I find that I'm very comfortable around children. I also work as an assistant teacher as a full time job. I'm a patient, calm, and friendly individual who loves to play games and help children learn and grow. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules that each family desires. I recognize that this is unique to each family, so I follow the family's lead! I have completed coursework in early child development. I'm also CPR and First Aid certified. I was a lifeguard and on the swim team, so I'm very comfortable around water as well. I'm committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children and am eager to support families by providing reliable child care. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my siblings, swimming, and babysitting friends from church.
