Donessa was kind and very caring towards my mother. She showed compassion when helping mom with her shower and getting dressed. She prepared breakfast and lunch and made sure mom had her favorite snacks. She engaged mom in conversations and exercises that helped with her mental and physical health. Mom enjoyed every minute she spent with Donessa. Mom even asked for her on the days she didn’t come. She made it easy for me to go to work every day because I knew my mom was well taken care of. I know my mom and I both wish we could have brought her to the skilled nursing facility that she is currently in.
