Our first interview and meet and greet with Ms. Dominque was wonderful. The kids all enjoyed Ms. Dominque after her first job and was excited to see her again. As parents, we were thrilled to have found someone with her experience both personally and professionally and also someone our children enjoyed being around. We hired Ms. Dominque for a second time for a birthday date night, she agreed and confirmed the evening before. The next day, Ms. Dominque no showed on us. We called, texted and received no communication. Our children were disappointed, as were we. This came to a shock to us since this is someone who has been in the professional childcare business and appeared to carry herself as a professional. We have yet to hear any communication as to why she did not call or provide any communication regarding not showing up. Despite being disappointed because we had reservations that evening, she did not show up for our children and that is the most disheartening.
