Dominic was very unprofessional. She missed work several times without notice. When calling she would not respond she would text hours later stating that she overslept or she had a "situation" that she could not make it in. She was very irresponsible. She lied and said she had her own transportation but would take ubers when she did decided to come to work. I had to find care somewhere else because she was unreliable and didnt care about her job or responsibility. When we let Dominic go she continue to text and harass my family. I would not recommend her for any family til she learn to be more responsible. She does not communicate well, you can not depend on her to show up for work. She only likes to do the bare minimum and does not accept feedback or take accountability for her actions. I spoke to Dominic several times about her attendance and punctuality she made excuses and became very defensive. Dominic nanny for us for 2 weeks and in those 2 weeks she only showed up for 5 days because she overslept or had a situation.
