I'm always a little hesitant meeting someone from the internet, and I'm sure it goes both ways. But I have to say meeting Dolores was beyond what I expected. She is professional and conscientious, and simultaneously caring and motivated in finding ways to engage and entertain my Mom, that would make my Mom happy. Out of all of the candidates, I consider myself and my Mom very lucky to have found her.
