About Dolma

I've always been passionate about the growth and development of children. That's why I've spent the last four years as a childcare provider. Being patient and calm, I thrive on fostering a nurturing environment where kids feel safe and loved. I'm also creative and imaginative, so I'm always coming up with fun and engaging activities that promote learning and development. I believe in open and honest communication with parents. I provide regular updates on their child's day and am always available to discuss any issues or concerns. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules and routines, but I always do so in a positive and respectful manner. I have experience caring for children of all ages, from newborns to preteens. I'm also comfortable caring for children with special needs. I'm available to provide care on a full-time or part-time basis, and I'm happy to work weekends and holidays. I hope to hear from you soon!
