I started working with kids when I was about 15 years old. I had no experience with children prior but due to unforeseen circumstances I became the primary caregiver for my nephew almost 6 years ago. Even though it was so unexpected; it became such a learning experience - every step of the way. It was the most pivotal impactful moments of my life. I've learned how to care for another person, prioritize my time and most importantly; it matured me immensely. Ever since, I've fallen in love with taking care of children and have been consistently for almost 6 years. Each child has been such a different experience and has taught me so much. One thing you should know about me is I will love your babies and care for them like they are my own. I think our most precious gifts in this life are our children. With me, they will receive unconditional love and the best care I can offer!

Dion is truly amazing. She’s helped me tremendously with my 3 yr old and newborn. She provides updates and reports on children which eases anxiety. My 3 yr old adores her!!
