I started working with kids when I was about 15 years old. I had no experience with children prior but due to unforeseen circumstances I became the primary caregiver for my nephew almost 6 years ago. Even though it was so unexpected; it became such a learning experience every step of the way. It was the most pivotal impactful moments of my life. I've learned how to care for another person, prioritize most efficiently and it matured me immensely. Ever since, I've fallen in love with taking care of children and have done it consistently for almost 6 years. Each child has been such a different experience and has taught me so much. One thing you should know about me is I will love your babies and care for them like they are my own. I think our most precious gifts in this life are our children. With me, they will receive unconditional love and the best care I can offer!

Dion is truly amazing. She’s helped me tremendously with my 3 yr old and newborn. She provides updates and reports on children which eases anxiety. My 3 yr old adores her!!
