I attempt to be present at all times and am good at turning my phone off (unless it's the parent/caregiver trying to reach me.) Dina is amazing! She helped us 12 hrs per week from the time our son was 5 weeks old until he started daycare at 6 months old. We feel extremely fortunate to have found Dina -- she adored our son, took wonderful care of him, and even helped us with some things around the house. We truly feel like we won the lottery by having Dina in our lives and gained more of a family member than just someone who cared for our son. Cannot recommend her enough - everyone needs a Dina in their lives.
