About Dina

I'm looking to help care for children in their earliest years, as this is the time when parents are in some of the toughest moments of child rearing. Having cared for 2 children of my own and dozens within my family and community over the last 40 years, I have experience that runs the gamut. My passion is deepest for babies and toddlers who are sponges, learning and growing daily. I raised my children through a Montessori lens and with a gentle/attachment parenting mindset before these ideas became mainstream. On a daily basis, I look forward to being intentional about feeding, reading, taking walks and enjoying nature, building routines, playing, listening to children's music, counting, recognizing colors and shapes, and so much more. Having worked in a daycare for 15 years, and having been the full time care giver for my newborn grandchildren until age 3, I am confident in my ability to transition into caring for 1-2 children under the ages of 4.
