About Dilcia

I'm 20yrs old, I have a 8month I have experience caring for children from newborns to 15 years, I worked as a nanny for about 5yrs and even helped in daycare part-time. While I've had other jobs, I've always continued caring for children. I have been caring for different families, adapting to each child's needs and family upbringing. I speak both English and Spanish, and enjoy teaching them. I am patient, responsible, and respectful, setting limits by leading through example. I encourage experimentation, guide, teach, and care for them, always with a positive attitude. I have experience working with children with autism and those who are deaf and non-verbal (although I am not yet fluent in sign language, I am eager to learn). I am highly patient and adaptable, tailoring my approach to meet each child's unique needs. I also prioritize maintaining open communication with parents to better understand how to support each child, as every individual is different.
