I'd describe my personality as generous, loving, spiritual. I like caring for seniors because they are wise even when they have nothing to say. I'm looking for a job that allows me to work with seniors who are in need of companionship and assistance with everyday tasks in and around the home. I started caring for seniors over 20 years ago as a CNA working in a nursing home and hospital. I'm a home health aide and also lend my services to the elderly in their home. In my spare time, I like to attend church activities, spend time with my children and grandchildren, travel when I can. One thing you should know about me is I love what I do and I will treat your loved one like family. My skills include helping with meals (prep and feeding), grooming, bathing, helping with medications. I have also worked with dementia patients so I'm comfortable with redirecting and reassuring as needed.
