Currently, I work with a delightful 16-month-old baby girl, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. I genuinely enjoy my time with her and her wonderful family. However, I am now seeking additional hours, ideally on weekends, with Friday evenings also being a great option. I am passionate about working with children and consider myself patient, creative, and nurturing. It's incredibly fulfilling to witness their growth and be part of their early development. I am skilled at anticipating their emotions and needs through keen observation, teaching through play, and handling critical situations with calm and care. In addition to my hands-on experience, I hold a BA degree in Public Relations and an AA degree in Business Administration. I proudly raised my two children (born in 2007 and 2010), and my family and I relocated from Turkey to the United States in 2015. I am trilingual, fluent in Turkish (native), German (limited). My hobbies include photography, meditation, knitting.

Didem has excellently performed duties as a part-time caregiver for our son for almost 2 years. We have found Didem to be responsible, kind, and capable. She is creative with his playtime and maintains a safe environment during their time together. Our son is high energy and she is patient and engages with him so that he can get the most of his days, turning playtime into educational opportunities regularly. She takes care of his hygiene and napping needs with patience and care. She handles cooking and minor cleaning as needed as well as taking him on walks and strolls through our neighborhood. Didem is fluent in English as well as Turkish and while she primarily engages our son in English, she is willing to use her native language as well. Ultimately, we trust and value Didem and highly recommend her for other care-giving positions.
