Dianne has worked for my family, caring for my mother, for over a year. She is not only caring and respectful of my mother's needs, but extremely understanding of the nature of someone that has dementia. Dianne has always pitched in when needed, and assisted with covering extra shifts, helping with transportation, and coming in early or staying late when necessary. She has been an important part of our team, and will be missed!
