Before I ventured to Boulder four years ago with my husband, Justin, I served as a teacher with infants and toddlers for four years at the Center for the Homeless in South Bend, Indiana. It was here I was shown my life's purpose. I believes naming emotions, embodied practices, conflict transformation, questioning your very existence and a great deal of eye contact can revolutionize the world. Some of my favorite embodied practices are trail running and cooking vegan meals.
